This Sales Administration Position is responsible for supporting and assisting the sales team in day to day activities to help ensure timely and accurate communications between the sales team and our customers. As an Assistant project Coordinator, you must also be able to review individual project needs and specifications in order to accurately communicate with the Territory sales Managers and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Assisting our sales team in obtaining accurate shipping quote information required with each order/quote based on the individual needs of the project
  2. Work directly with our dealer network to ensure prompt and accurate product quoting and pricing
  3. Be directly involved one on one with our customers taking calls and creating quotes independently as well as with direction from the Sales Team
  4. Willingness to learn product line and manufacturing processes to ensure accurate customer service.
  5. Update existing quotes in the system to include final approved information following order placement.
  6. Using our inhouse CRM software to log and document customer interaction for the life of the project
  7. Cold calling in the sales territories to assist in finding new business
