Customer Service Representative Position
Primary responsibilities include:
Taking customers orders, keeping open communication with customers from beginning to end of the order process, setting up new customers, adding parts to customer file, verify written purchase orders, report all errors during the order process, take incoming phone calls, take incoming chats, handle fax/email inquiries, fulfill sample requests, working with credit department, manufacturing facilities and supporting the sales staff.
2-5 years of experience in the customer service field (preferably in an office environment)
Knowledge of standard office equipment
Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
Able to multi task
Able to work closely with others in a team oriented environment
Excellent communication skills
Must possess a strong work ethic, very good people skills, and willingness to learn
Ability to work occasional overtime (if needed)
